I know that you can save a powerpoint presentation so that the extension is *.pps instead of *.ppt

Is there a possibility to mutate the extension of a saved database, so that is starts automaticcaly like an executable file, or like a *.pps?

Look up MDE. You actually make it into an MDE much the same way you would make an EXE in VB. Hope that is what your looking for. Craig, mailto:sander@cogeco.ca

you can create a macro named Autoexec and it will fire whenever the database is opened (you can defeat it by holding down the shift key when you open the database) JHall
