I just started at a new place last week and have run into a problem I have no exposure to yet.
My phone rings every so often and the disply reads "1154 ACA Long". After doing some research, I have disovered the this is the Automatic Circuit Assurance feature in the switch. I've followed the procedures to get these messages at my desk (assigned my station as the referral destination, assigned a ACA-Halt button on my phone) But when it rings, I do not get the trunk-group access code or the member number like I was expecting.
What am I missing??
