A ACA-Long may not be a real error. It is just letting you know that a channel has been open for longer than normal. You can check this info on your switch by doing a 'change system-parameters features'. There is a line on the first page (I hope) that refers to ACA. There should be an extension listed and a holding time for Long and Short. If your getting these 'errors', it may be someone utilizing a modem for a long time which would go beyond your Long holding time. Hope this helps.
