ACA Long and ACA Short -- time before referral 1

System is an S8500 CM 2.1

I have ACA turned on. What are the default times for ACA Long or ACA Short referral times? Can the times be changed?

This is set up on the trunk side. Each trunk can be different. On page two of the trunk group if the ACA Assignment? is set to Y you get additional fields. See below:

Long Holding Time(hours): 1 One hour before you get an alert
Short Holding Time(sec): 10 Ten Second call you get an alert
Short Holding Threshold: 15 15 ten second calls before you get an alert

You can modify the numbers per trunk.
