about transaction

now I begin a tran:
...
begin tran
do some thing
...
but,I forget issue commit tran(or rollback).
I don't know weather this tran will wait me to issue commit(or rollback) it forever? or rollback when time is out? how to set the tran's timeout?

If you disconnect before issuing a COMMIT, the transaction will be rolled back.
