about pathworks 6.1 over OpenVMS 7.3-1

Hi I hope somebody could help me!

I have a big problem with pathworks 6.1 on an alpha server running OpenVMS 7.3-1. Pathworks and VMS configuration are OK; my license support 25 users, there is no problem when FIVE USERS are connected to the same SHARE; but when anybody else try to connect to that SHARE the windows platform send me an error message.
I created five different SHARE, thinking that I could assign five users to each share but the result was the same.

Any help is welcome
