I have one question.

How do you wont to be paid by your employer?
I mean If I am creating some application for one company so is better to get paid for all hours that I spent on application or for whole application or every month the same money?

Thanks

Same every month.
That way you can budget easier & suggest incremental rises.

have to question relevance to VFP though?

Bon,

The key phrase is "by your employer".

If you are in salaried employment, you will have no choice. You get paid weekly, or monthly, or whatever period is normal in your company.

But I suspect that when you say "employer", you mean client. In other words, you are as a consultant, and have been hired to develop a particular applicatation. You are not in permanent employment. Is that right?

In that case, I always aim to be paid monthly, for the number of hours actually worked in that month. For small projects, I will occasionally quote a fixed price, and just bill the client on delivery, but that is rare.

Ultimately, it is a matter of negotiation between you and the client.

Mike
