Able to dial out but they can't hear me and I can't hear them

Mitel 3300 System.

I can make an outbound call but they can't hear me and I can't hear them.
Any suggestions?

Weird, because the Phone is located at the Call Center. All the phones are working except for one.

Placed more test calls I can hear blips fading in/out

I just notices, when making outbound call it only rings 1 half ring and cuts .
I have replaced the phone and tried at a different location and still same problem

When the phone is active, use debug mode to verify that it has all the correct network settings - Especially the gateway.

debug = Hold volup + Voldn, release one of them, dial 234 and release other (assuming relatively recent phone type, not 5220 or older)

Ok, then I would try some ping tests directly from the phone (Tools and Features) in Debug Mode

So the problem follows the phone? Does another phone in the same port work OK?

We ended up rebooting the controller and the phone is working now.
Very strange why only 1 phone stopped working.

So this problem returned but on another extension. Is there a way to fix this problem without rebooting the controller ?

What model controller and software release? Is it just one phone?
