Is there a way to make the Bin Location Field Longer?

You could pay a master developer about $250,000 to completely re-write the program. That should do it.

Seriously you cannot. It is hard coded and not expandable. What you could do is to create a UDF and add it to the panel.

That is kind of what I thought :)

Silly question though...what is a UDF?

User Defined Field. You create them in Custom Office. Your reseller should be able to help you on this.
