Abbreviated diailing

Is there a way to dial system or enhanced abbreviated dial extensions remotely via an access number or something??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I would think you can connect through your remote access number in the PBX (if active)

enter the abbreviated access code

then enter the dial code

warning: remote access is a cause of toll fraud

Were you able to do this? It doesn't seem to work for me. I can dial the remote access number from my extension and then use the abbreviated dialing lists fine but if I dial from the outside world and come through remote access it doesn't seem to work. I get a reorder tone.

I really only used FAC through Remote Access to Logout agents and record message in each case just make sure the COR and COS (for console permission) is enabled.
