ABANDON CALLS to individual ext's

I have been asked if i can run reports for abandond calls on individual ext's. We have a g3rV11. we have bcms, but they want to run it on individual ext's not splits. Any help is apreciated.

Technically once it reaches an extension it can't be "abandoned". Do you have any Call Accounting system? You may be able to pull reports based on calls with length less than N secs.
 
You will not be able to see abandoned calls tagged to an extension but you can get general agent detail with bcms.
If you are using agent logins and not just using extensions in primitive hunts

list bcms agent day (agent login id) Show the last seven days

li bcms agent (agent login id) Shows the last 24 hours I think

You would think that you could pull the data as the information is being kept somewhere in the system as you can set up the extensions phone so they can manually check to see what calls they missed. I dn't know a way to do it though. Would going to the phone and checking the calls in be a option?
 
I got it. All you do is program the ext's in the principal form. ( change meas-selection principal ) and run the report ( list measurements principal 1234 last-hour ).
