You can set them up in a ACD type hunt group and get the report that you are after. I have a couple that I do this for . After you have them in a group you can run an ASA report list bcms split (hunt group #). This will give you a world of information. If you find any mistakes, please consider that they are there for a purpose. And everyone needs a purpose.
