AASTRA 470 .. Call Logging

HI .. I have AASTRA 470 System .. call Charging for incoming call and internal call didn't log or display , its just show the outgoing call.
Help Plz

Only calls involving external will show in the call log, internal doesn't. And turn on both OCL (Outgoing call logging) and ICL (Incoming call logging).
