I want to drop the first 2 digits say if anyone dials 04-3XX XXXX, I want the definity to send out only 3XX-XXXX supressing 04.

I'm aware that I can do this using ars-digit conversion.

Just to confirm this, will I still be able to access using ars analysis (i.e., 9)?

Basically I don't want the CSR or anyone to notice this conversion, it should be smooth as before.

Thanks.

sry, the subject should be ARS digit conversion. Mis typed.

Yes, put an entry into the ars table for 04-3XX XXXX, point it to a new route pattern and in that route pattern state that you want to delete 2 digits!

yes. ars mechanism works with two steps: first the switch will perform digit conversion and then pass the converted digits to analysis which will match 'em and choose what route pattern will be used.
