AAR/ARS/route-pattern preference 256

Hi all,
how to block a call if the route does not exist either in the ARS table or in the AAR table, and what is preference 256 route-pattern

Calling party uses private-numbering

Haven't seen that before but you could add an ARS entry and set the call type as DENY.
