Hello All: My company wants to give my Help desk agents access to reset voicemail passwords. Has anyone created a way for the end user reset a forgotten voicemail password?
Not end users, but we have given our help desk people access to AAM via System Manager logins with limited admin privileges on AAM. They can change passwords but not unlock locked accounts.
