guys,
i know it is silly question but i'm doing my best :) may i know this error refers to what this appeared when i'm trying to configure ccms in ccma

sorry the error is :
2147221502:IceSecurity.COMSecurity.1:Invalid Server - Not Reachable

So when you are in the Configuration section of CCMA, you are clicking on the drop down menu at the top that says "Add Server". Is this when you are getting the error?

you should also use the 'sysadmin' user to add the CCMS server.
