Hi
I programmed 1 ipoffice 500 5.2 with embedded voicemail.

I record the welcome and close message through phone.

In the closed Message they want after the closing message it will go to the voicemail of reception without any delay.
wr we can make the changes for this?

Wr we can decide voicemail setting
eg:after how many rings it will go to voicemail.
also wr we can record our own voicemail greetings,is it *91

Pls help me

Tom

system->telephony->telephony-> Default no Answer time.

sys->voicemail->embedded voicemail
then go to AutoAttendant in the left pane.

Use F1 If you more doubts.

for personal greetings

To allow users to record their own name prompt, the short code *99# / Record Message / E."3" can be used. The E is replace by the extension number of the dialing user.

AA

For IP Office 4.1+ each auto attendant is assigned a number. This can be used in numbers that take the form AA:N.x, where N is the auto attendant number and x is the greeting (1 = morning, 2 = afternoon, 3 = evening and 4 = options menu). The .x part can be omitted in which case the short code is used to connect the caller to the named auto attendant service.

go to short codes and click on Help. There you have all the short codes availables, with features and examples.
