AA transfer to 2xx local

Tested line one. AA will not transfer to local. "Message back says invalid extension."

Dial in on line 2. AA answers and able to transfer to 2xx local.

Either DTMF tones not sending from C.O. or line 1 port suspect?

Anyone run into this before?
