AA MENU TOUCH TONES CONFLICT

Hi all.

I have AA on VMPRo with the usual set up of "Dial 1 for X, 2 for Y and 3 for Z and if you know the extension dial it now"
The extensions on the IPO are 3xxx. Can 3 for Z and 3 for 3??? extension exist on the MENU TOUCH TONES without conflicting?
How will the AA know when to TRANSFER to Z or 3??? when the first 3 is input by a caller?

You need another menu after the 3 that collects the remaining digits or times out to option 3

Thank you for your response.
I have done a MENU with a TIMEOUT that TRANSFER to Z.
Now my remaining digits to TRANSFER to extensions will be 3 which will be short.
If a caller wants extension 3001 the MENU will end up with 001 which will be none existent (the TOUCH TONE in this MENU is ??? with a SPECIFIC of $KEY). Do I use the TELEPHONY ACTION- ALPHANUMERIC COLLECTION?

No, just make the designation 3$KEY
