A2k HELP screen Blank

I have properly installed A97 on a PC with Office XP. Then following published instructions installed A2K in another folder in the "Program Files" directory. Named "MS Office2K" When in a database ACCESS Help is not available. If selected from the Help menu it opens a grey screen completely blank. No controls no Words just blank.

Ideas?
