Ramani,
I use a bit simpler technique - I use the included SCCTEXT.PRG. This will convert the FORM (CLASS, REPORT, LABEL, or MENU) into a text file - normally for use in a source control application. Just do this on both files - either make sure both are in a different directory or have a different name, and then just run your favorite text "diff" program to read the differences! I've used WINDIFF.EXE that MS supplies with many developer packages, EXAMDIFF and even the old NORTON FILEDIFF utility (although many other freeware / shareware / commercial products are available).

Note: It's important for the best results to use the "fixed" version of SCCTEXT.PRG (MS still hasn't got it right in VFP 8.0!). While there are many versions around, one place you can get it is at
