I use Access to create queries for information on product that is presented on a regular basis. I need to add an element for time to determine if 2 products have been presented greater than 1 time, only list them if there were done within one hour.
I usually query for Date, time, location, amount, product id, etc. Need to determine if there has been the same 'product id' presented greater than 1 but only if within one hour's time.
I am absolutely no pro with Access, I use it on a regular basis like every day as of now and can bulid and change queries, tables, macros, etc. Thanks sooo much if someone can help here!

What fields, exactly, do you have in your table.

It is possible to do what you want, I believe, but it is not simple.

the fields actually are converted to Text, so that is one problem, i have it now placing Product Id then next to it showing how many times, just want to narrow that down to show the Product Id's that have been presented only more than twice (for example) in one hour.
I have Product Id, Date (unchecked), and another for particular places they have been presented (which is unchecked). So problem is that the Text time is the problem right now.

It is somewhat difficult to understand your explanation. Perhaps you should post a list of fields in your table, with each field's data type. Then tell us exactly what you want to do.

Hi,

Don't you need to have a DATE formatted General Date (Date AND Time), cuz...

what if Product B was last presented YESTERDAY at 1300 and Product A was last presented TODAY at 1300???
