A single DID is getting a message when called??

We have a single DID that cannot receive any calls from an outside line (long distance or local).

You can 4 digit dial the ext and the number is a DID that has been in use for a couple of years.

The message is "Sorry you call cannot be completed as dialed please check the # and try your call again"

If it was a citcuit we would have more exts effected, but we have only this single Ext.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Call your LEC carrier... they may have ported your number elsewhere... By the message you hear, it is definitly a carrier issue.

the phone types are 2500a with out displays. I am looking for more real time smdr output that is tie back to the ext. profile.
