A Required DLL , ICONV.dll not found

Hi all!

Just now i configured php on apache 2 running on a windows 98 machine . after all the installation. when i ran my first hello.php program it gives me a error

Error starting program

a required dll, iconv.dll was not found..

Any help will greatly helpfull
