a quick way to do this?

Hi,
I am working on a website that has a english side and a french side to it. I am all done the english, but now I have to do the french. The french pages are all layed out, but don't have the content yet. I have all the french content (text, letters) stored on my hard drive. Is there a way to automatically insert the french content onto the pages?, somehow dynamically through the english? So that I dont have to copy and paste, and apply the CSS again! Any suggestions?
