I'm running SBS 2003 and I get this alert saying:

A large number of messages are pending in the e-mail server send queue.

Verify that you have Internet connectivity. If you can view Web sites normally, contact your Internet service provider (ISP) to determine if there is a problem with their e-mail server.

You can disable this alert or change its threshold by using the Change Alert Notifications task in the Server Management Monitoring and Reporting taskpad.

When I open my queues. I see 46 diferent queues with messages pending in a lot of them. Also I noticed that Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks service seems to be stopped after I start it. I believe these message are rejects is there any way to have these message forwared to another email address or to create some kind of NDR report for them.

Also, how do I check what serice packs I have installed on my SBS 2003?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...

Those probably are NDR's from spoofed emails.
Enumerate the queue(s) and delete them.

If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, expect random guesses or no replies at all.

I beleive that's the issue. If I delete the queue will they come back. How do I correct this?

If they really are NDR's from spoofed addresses, you should turn OFF the NDRs to the internet, that will send them either to the BadMail folder or into the void.

Open System Manager - Global Settings - Internet Message Formats - properties for the Default Recipient policy - Advanced.
Disable all 'Allow..' lines.

I see that my Allow delivery reports, Allow non delivery reports, and preserve sender's display name on message are all checked. But don't I want delivery and non delivery reports?

NDRs get abused, so to be more 'safe' from spammers etc. uncheck them.
You can still have them forwarded to a seperate account if you fear to miss a legit mail.
