Hey Everyone,
I'm looking for a good C++ book to learn from. I've done some Java Programming but want to really get into C++. I'm not looking for a reference book, or something that jumps into advanced stuff right away. I think I'm looking for a type of Lab manual something similar to Course Technology books, almost like tutorials. If anyone knows of a very good book please let me know what the title, author, and possibly the ISBN number.
