In Outlook 2007, I have a number of sub folders below my inbox with rules directing incoming mail to those correct folders from who it is. When I reply/forward someone's email directly from a sub foler I get a copy of that message I just sent appearing in that specific sub folder. Is there away to turn that off?

Also when I am just going through my inbox and deleting messages by pressing the delete key (which is moving them to my deleted items folder) when I select a message to delete it moves UP to the next message. 2003 it used to move down the list of messages. Is there a way to change that?

Finally with Outlook 2007 is there a way to minimize to the System Tray like with 2003? Or do you have to go in and modify the registry again like in office XP?
Word 2007 I am typing a document and when I press the enter key it is automatically double spacing instead of single spacing. Anyway to turn this feature off?

Thanks.

I know on your second issue, you can go to TOOLS-OPTIONS - PREFERENCES tab - Email options. The first option is:
AFTER MOVING OR DELETING AN OPEN ITEM:

You can choose return to inbox, open previous item, open next item.

On your first issue, try:
TOOLS-OPTIONS - PREFERENCES TAB - EMAIL OPTIONS - ADVANCED EMAIL OPTIONS

Uncheck "In folders other than the inbox, save replies with original message".

Ahh excellent. Thanks pgaliardo on those first two issues!

Hi,
On the last issue with Word:
Click on the Home tab.
Click on the little arrow next to "Paragraph".
Set Line Spacing to Single.
Set "After Paragraph" spacing to zero.
Click the Default button at the bottom of the screen.
Click Yes in dialog box.

That ought to do it!! HTH.

Best,
Blue Horizon [2thumbsup]

Thanks Blue Horizon.. Worked like a charm!
