A extension on a CICS keeps answering before AA

I have a client that I moved two extensions for recently. There was an office within his office that had line appearances for lines 4 and 5 while his extensions had lines 1, 2 and 3. I reprogrammed the extension to have the "Appear and Ring" on those two extension for the lines 1, 2 and 3 as he had requested but for some reason one of the two new extensions (ext 24) keeps getting the inbound calls first before the AA (Ext 36). I cleared the 'Call Forward No Answer' and the 'Call Forward on Busy' so that there is no forwarding to the Callpilot.
Is this a line ringing issue in set programming or is it a line answer issue in the CallPilot?

What does the display say when the call is ringing?
Check Lines to see what the Prime set is, if one of those sets then make it NONE

If you put A&R for the lines on set it will ring immediately. Change it to appear only if you don't want the phone to ring on incoming calls.

Yes went to site and changed to 'Appear only' and now works like a charm
