I have a bit of a challenge here. I have a NT4 BDC which as 2 network cards, with 2 different ip number. It is logged on with no problem, except I get this message every 5 minutes.

Event ID: 4319

A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network. The IP address of the machine that sent the message is in the data. Use nbtstat -n in a command window to see which name is in the Conflict state.

Typically, to get this problem fixed, I will have to
1) disable netbios
2) disable MS networking file sharing
3) firewall port 139

Problem is, I cannot disable netbios on either card on this NT4 machine (don't know where), and there is no MS networking or filesharing either in the network properties. My hopeful fix is to extend the timing of this interval on checking, put it 80 hours instead of 5 minutes, so I don't have see all red on the Event Log. Anyone know which registry to tackle, or any other possible solution?
