I have a client who is running a server with RAID 1.
18.2 GB Drives. One of the drives died. Can I put a different size drive in there to replace it or do they have to be the same capacity?

Thanks.

Jaye

You should be able to. The only problem is if the new drive is twice the size of the others that space is wasted. It will only use the lowest common denominator.

NOTE:

They must be the SAME spindle speed.
