A Copy & Paste Command ?

Hi, I'm new on this forum, and I am pretty new to Dreamweaver so you'll have to excuse this rather novice question. At the moment I have set up a data sheet on which clients can enter details for a print job (Leaflets) what I am trying to do is get bits of information which they have entered and place it in another page so they get a preview of what their job looks like ! say for example the telephone number on the template preview page says 0800 xxx xxxx and the data they've entered says 0800 673 8971 I want that number to replace the one on the template. A bit complicated I know.
