I have been trying to research the answer, and just wanted a bit of help to get this resolved.

I have extension 10 in the wiring closet with the phone system (Not completely sure of the release, but when I dial "*05" from extension 10, I get: LEGEND 7.0 v14.2).

We have 20 incomming lines on the system, and every desk has a 28D phone. I set the Call Answer Service operator in my voicemail system to be extension 10. What I would like to do now, is setup 2 extension to ring when extension 10 gets a call transferred to it. Extension 10 also has all 20 lines programmed on it as well. But, basically, I want extension 24 and 46 to ring a button when 10 rings. I thought of using SSA to do that (and have been trying to program it using WinSPM), but haven't had much luck.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

sounds like you could just put a cover button for ext. ten on those two sets. do it from the phone or central programing.

Thank you for the prompt reply. So, if I put a cover button on my other two extensions (that I want to have answer extension 10), would those extensions ring immediately when a call comes to extension 10?

One other bump on the road (which I just relized), is that in our Auto Attendant setup, the programmer assigned Extension 10 to be assgined to Auto Attendant 1. He also programmed a general mailbox and mailbox owner as well. So, after the 4th ring on an incomming call, they get the auto attendant. If I create a mailbox for extension 10, they will get extension 10, instead. If a call reaches the auto attendnat (because it was not answered), and the caller presses "0," I would like the call to ring those three exensions. After the third ring, go to the general mailbox. Is that to hard to do as well?

Again, thank you for all the insight on this.
