_com_error exception in MMC Admin UI!

Has anybody been able to fix the following error? I have been trying for months unsuccessfully. I have SMS 2.0 sp5 using the admin from a Windows 2000 server connecting to the SMS server running on winnt 4.0 sp6a. The server with the admin also has Citrix Metaframe XP running. The admin from other workstations works fine, but on the Citrix server when looking at Queries or Packages shows the error bellow.
