9i IAS install

I installed 9I IAS 1.0.2.2.2 on a AIX unix machine. Once the install was finished, this URL was created

http://lennox:7777

So I went to the browser and typed

http://lennox:7777

this works great.

also I set the formsweb.cfg file. I made the changes so that it points to my serverhost and the serverURL

serverHost=lennox:7777
serverURL=http://lennox:7777/servlet/oracle.forms.servlet.ListenerServlet

then I went to this URLs to see if the servlet is working. so I typed

http://lennox:7777/IsItWorking

http://lennox:7777/servlet/oracle.forms.servlet.ListenerServlet

these do not work.

Does anyone know why I can't get to these URLS.
Also I made sure that the files were there, and they were.
