I was wondering if there is a way to set up user accounts in a Windows 98 SE to restrict access to certain programs, fle changes, etc. If there is, how?

I honestly think you have to have NT and above to have this feature. Thanks.

There are many third-party programs out there that will accomplish what you want. One that I would recommend is Folder Guard. It has a very user friendly interface and is eay to get setup.

There is a system policy editor that you can use and can be installed from the 98 CD. If you search on google, you should find a ton of hits.
