I can't get a win98se box to find the domain controller. Everything is configured right. I have an identical box that found it without a problem, along with a 2000pro and an ME box. I get the proper network logon but it can't validate my Username and password.
I'm also having a problem with a 95b box that wont even give me the network logon screen. Everything appears to be configured properly.
The DC is 2000serv. I bought a 10 client lic. and setup 5 of them. After this problem I setup the other 5 thinking it was a licensing issue. But that didn't seem to do the trick, unless I needed to reboot the server for the lic. to take affect.
Another weird phenomenon seems to be that it takes a long time for the box to find the DC before it logs on, about a full minute.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
