I have a 9730 which only seems to "see" the first 20 tape slots in the library. It won't look at the other 10 slots. I'm using Veritas Backup Exec 9.1. Is this a Veritas problem or a tape library problem?

9730 - won't access all tapes

From the library front panel, under library configuration, there is an item called "set cell limit", which can be set to 10, 20 or 30 cells. Make sure you have the correct setting. To set it to 30 cells you need to have the 30-cell upgrade present of course.
