9670G problem

When I received 9670G (Boot FW: hb9670ua2_00r40bst_s.bin, App FW: ha9670ua2_00r40bst_s.bin) Weather app worked, but there was no WorldClock app.

Then I upgraded to FW provided from support page (FW: Boot FW: hb9670ua2_00.bin, App FW: ha9670ua2_00.bin) and there also a WorldClock app.

But after upgrade I can't update any information on Weather nor WorldClock.
Didn't change any network settings on S8300/g700 nor local router.

I both cases phones receive IP settings from DHCP (Win 2003 server), HTTP server is S8300.

Option:
1 router 192.x.x.1
3 DNS y.y.y.y,z.z.z.z
242 96xx MCIPADD=192.x.x.5,HTTPSRVR=192.x.x.5,TLSSRVR=192.x.x.5,HTTPPORT=80,81,VLANTEST=0

CM R5.2
G700/S8300B
(all have latest FW and patches)

Did anyone have similar problems?

update:
correct DHCP string is:
MCIPADD=192.x.x.5,MCPORT=1719,HTTPSRVR=192.x.x.5,TLSSRVR=192.x.x.5,HTTPPORT=80,81,VLANTEST=0

the error I receive when I enter , let say Lonodon, I choose London, United Kingdom, then it searches for updates, and finally it says: Location not recognized
