This seems too simplisctic but I've noticed I can't see what agent ID is logged into a phone other than on CMS... is there a button assignment I can add that's show you the agent extension signed into the phone?

monitor bcms and split or skill number, or vu stats on phone button

I don't see those options on my configuration screen. if I did would these shown the agent extension?

from avaya site administrator software the command would be monitor bcms skill x or split x and yes it will show who is currently logged into that split or skill

Jeff,

There is not a way to show you the logged in agent extension using a voice terminal button.

Ah, thanks... that was my fear.

Seems shortsighted to me though.
