9641G Headset

I have a customer/user complaining that they are hearing themselves through the headset when they are on a call with the 9641G. They use a Plantronics CS510 wireless headset and had no issues when using it with a 5610 phone. They have actually switched back to the 5610 because of this. I have tested this inhouse and I have the same results. Any ideas? Could it be the interface cable is not correct?
 
Sidetone.
Lower the microphone transmit volume.
On the heqdset base station, change the system setting until you get a best match. I.e. Setting A, change to B.

There's a user or system echo gain option in the ipo you can untick if these don't work.

 
9641G use a bluetooth, I use a plantronics voyager legend and it works great
