I have a customer/user complaining that they are hearing themselves through the headset when they are on a call with the 9641G. They use a Plantronics CS510 wireless headset and had no issues when using it with a 5610 phone. They have actually switched back to the 5610 because of this. I have tested this inhouse and I have the same results. Any ideas? Could it be the interface cable is not correct?
