Just got 1 of these to mess around and test with and I'm unable to get power. I used a standard power supply that I had from my 9630's as I have no POE switches. I've messed with the dip switch in the back and nothing. Any ideas on what this phone needs for power?

I beleive it requires an 802.af compliant power source, and I don't think the power bricks will do that.

If you notice in the package, it comes with an RJ45 on 1 end, with a DC style power connector on the other end (that connects to the phone). You can connect that to a power brick, and the other end (DC) to the phone, and that should work.
