The time in the 8300 is correct and the time zone show EST
(New York) yet the 9640 display is 5 hours behind. It is like the phone is on GMT. How do I corerect that?

That tells me that the time zone setting in the ip-network-region is wrong.

You need to find out what the IP address of that phone is. Then, make sure the ip-network-region is updated with the address range that phone would use. There's a setting there that would adjust the time zone.

oops... forgot to mention...

You'd adjust the time zone in the "locations" according to the ip-network-region used by the phone.

type "change locations" to see the settings page.

Thanks,

I had thought the offset in the locations tab was for GMT not the time zone of the switch.. Thus the 5 Hours offset was in there. Once I removed the offset all was well (after a phone reboot).

I Apreciate your help.
