9630G Mass Button labeling 1

I am deploying about 75 new 9630G VOIP phones with the 24 button add on module. I need to label some q-calls buttons on the 24 button module. They are all the same for each phone. Is there a fast way to label all of them without having to touch each phone?

I am using IPTel to download firmware via HTTP. I am running Avaya Aura 6.1. Any help is greatly appreciated.

ASA has a utility where you can change a range of phones buttons with the change user facility.You can select a set type and range of phones.

Can you explain a little more in-depth? "Change User Facility" is not an option.

In Avaya site admin under the general section you can select "change user" if your stations are already created with the button module option ticked on the station form .

You need to be logged out of GEDI or emulation and have an auto login configured , then select the "change user" select your set type and station range and then you can change the buttons amongst other features , NOTE this will usually reboot the sets when applying the change.
