9630 VPN Phone with Router Netgear FVS 338

Good morning,

I have a problem between two 9630 VPN Phone that has the same ip address apart with a router netgear FVS 338 VPN. When the phone first established the link with the router is work good, but when the second telephone established connexion with my router, the first lost the connexion and second is work good, making internal and external calls.

They have the same configuration, but ip address local is disferent.

You need to setup another user for the second phone.

I asume you use mode config so that it is getting a virtual ipaddress from the router.

So you only need one group with user database.
Then for every vpn phone you need a separate user configured in the router.
