My environment uses all 9630 and 9630G IP phones. We are currently running fw 3.105S firmware. Seems like there are issues where the call log is not picking up the calls. Meaning a call comes in.. internal or external.. and the entry just doesn't appear at all. We've made sure we were looking at all call types (missed, answered, outgoing). Wondering if there's newer 9630/9630G firmware that's newer than this version.
