9621 Bridged Line issue.

Hi all,

Please help me on the following issue,

I have 9621 configured as bridged appearance of another user.No other buttons are programmed even its own call appearance buttons.The issue is 9621G Phone does not pick up the line automatically, while receiver pickup or pressing spk phone button.

Any help would be appreciated.
