I have an IP Office running 8.044 I have configured a 9620L and it hooks up fine from my location. My issue is when I shipped it to the customer they can not get it to work behind their firewall, (Firebox X700 running FireWare ver. 8.3) It is hanging @ IKE phase 2. I verified the IP range is different from the IP Office site, I am sure it is a port issue but the customer assures me all ports listed on the knowledgebase have been opened. Anyone have any suggestions?
