I have an IP Office running 8.044 I have configured a 9620L and it hooks up fine from my location. My issue is when I shipped it to the customer they can not get it to work behind their firewall, (Firebox X700 running FireWare ver. 8.3) It is hanging @ IKE phase 2. I verified the IP range is different from the IP Office site, I am sure it is a port issue but the customer assures me all ports listed on the knowledgebase have been opened. Anyone have any suggestions?

If only the location is changing its obviously the firewall at fault, they are blocking/re directing ports even if not actively doing so, many firewalls have background/hidden protocols that interfere with voice traffic
