9620 usb backup contact list

Hi

Please Help how to backup 9620 ip phone with firmware h323 version 3.1 , when plug-in usb device it cannot show backup item list ..

I remember that I can use this feature before upgrade.

You can only backup contacts via http to the server defined at BRURI. You can import contacts via USB.

Ars you using 96xx firmware 3.1.5 ? if yes , Have you get usb message when you plug the usb device ?
